Strong Knowledge of NR and LTE protocol stack & messages (MAC, RLC & PDCP).
Strong Knowledge of RAN KPI, KQI, Timers and counters and their occurrence
Solid knowledge of different network procedures (Attach, Detach, session mgmt., paging, TAU, Handover, IRAT, SRVCC)
Good knowledge of radio features (CA, Beam forming, MIMO)
Hands-on experience with design of radio performance/analysis counters & KPIs for both User Plane & Control Plane traffic
Knowledge of 4G PCMD, 5G PCMD is a plus.
Create Uses cases with the help of Data Analyst to improve network quality
