- Conduct site inspections of reinforcement, shuttering, Mivan formwork, RCC, and concreting works to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Perform construction material tests such as sieve analysis, slump test, cube testing, steel testing, brick/block testing, and water testing.
- Maintain and update quality registers, laboratory records, test reports, and concrete cube registers.
- Ensure all construction materials received and used at site meet approved quality standards and specifications.
- Prepare, implement, and verify inspection checklists for civil, structural, and finishing activities.
- Monitor and inspect finishing works including waterproofing, tiling, painting, gypsum, and plumbing activities.
- Collect, label, and dispatch material samples for third-party laboratory testing as required.
- Identify quality deviations, non-conformities, and workmanship issues, and report them to the QA/QC Engineer for corrective action.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports, test summaries, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and QA/QC teams to ensure adherence to quality procedures and project standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
