About the Role
MetaDerm Pvt Ltd is looking for a qualified and passionate Dermatologist to join our growing clinical and aesthetic dermatology practice in Adyar, Chennai.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh MD/DNB Dermatology graduates and dermatologists with 0–2 years of experience who are looking to build strong clinical and aesthetic dermatology expertise in a professional practice environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage common and complex dermatological conditions.
- Treat acne, acne scars, pigmentation disorders, vitiligo, hair and nail disorders and other skin conditions.
- Provide appropriate management of venereology and leprology cases with complete confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Perform and/or assist with laser procedures, injectables and other aesthetic dermatology procedures.
- Perform minor dermatological procedures, including nail surgeries where required.
- Conduct patient consultations and provide clear, ethical and evidence-based treatment recommendations.
- Counsel patients regarding clinical and aesthetic treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
- Follow all applicable hygiene, safety, sterilization and clinical protocols.
- Work closely with nursing, technical and administrative teams.
- Participate in clinical discussions, audits and continuous learning initiatives.
- Contribute towards maintaining high standards of patient care and clinic reputation.
Candidate Profile
- MD DVL / MD Dermatology, DNB Dermatology, or recognized Diploma in Dermatology.
- Valid Tamil Nadu Medical Council / NMC registration.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with the required qualification are welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent patient-handling and counselling skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil. Hindi is an added advantage.
- Interest in aesthetic and procedural dermatology will be an advantage.
- Professional, ethical, disciplined and patient-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical and aesthetic dermatology environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹1,50,000 per month
