Job Role:
We are hiring a dynamic professional to support business development for our engineering services (CAD, FEA services). The role includes lead generation, client interaction, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calling, LinkedIn, and email
Connect with companies for CAD design, FEA, and engineering support services
Fix meetings with potential clients and support senior team
Visit clients (if required) for business discussions
Maintain database of leads and daily activity reports
Conduct basic research on target companies and competitors
Requirements:
Graduate / B.Tech / Diploma / MBA (Fresher)
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic understanding of engineering or willingness to learn
Comfortable with calling and client interaction
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and emails
