Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic campus recruitment plans to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations.
- Organize and coordinate on-campus and virtual recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and workshops.
- Manage the end-to-end intern hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer extension.
- Develop engaging content for campus outreach, including social media posts, brochures, and presentations.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new interns.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in campus recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Act as a brand ambassador for SmartED Innovations on university campuses.
- Provide support and guidance to interns throughout their program duration.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
