- Physician Assistant to assess patients vitals and history and document
the same in proper order.
- Taking clinical rounds of patient and accompany primary and referring
consultant on their rounds and convey the orders to assigned staff and
keep track on the same.
- Physician Assistant to channelize for discharge of patient one told fit for
discharge by consultant.
- Prepare handover communication sheet and pass over to the relieving
physician assistant. Physician assistant to take care of non drugs order
of patient (diet /physiotherapy) Attend CME.
