Job Title: Social Media & Sales ManagerJob Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media & Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you won't just be posting content—you will be the voice of our brand and the driving force behind our online sales. Your primary focus will be creating engaging short-form content (Instagram Reels/Photos) and turning our social media direct messages (DMs) and customer inquiries into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Capture, edit, and post high-quality photos and short-form video content (specifically Instagram Reels and Stories) that align with our brand aesthetic.
- DM & Comment Management: Actively monitor and respond to all social media direct messages and comments in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Sales Conversion: Turn casual inquiries and DMs into sales by understanding customer needs, recommending products, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for online customers, resolving questions about products, shipping, and orders with a helpful and positive attitude.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our online community daily to build brand loyalty and increase organic reach.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience managing business social media accounts (specifically Instagram) or working in digital customer service/sales.
- Content Skills: Proficient in taking high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone. Strong editing skills using apps like CapCut, InShot, or Instagram’s native tools.
- Sales Acumen: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to persuade, handle objections, and close sales naturally through text/chat.
- Customer-First Mindset: Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented when dealing with customer inquiries or complaints.
- Organization: Ability to multitask, manage a high volume of daily messages, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
