Job Summary
Hotel Country Inn Smart Stays Gurugram, a part of Espire Hospitality Group, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Team Leader / Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team and ensure exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards across guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain brand cleanliness standards.
- Allocate daily duties and monitor staff performance and productivity.
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned, serviced, and released on time.
- Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping associates on SOPs and service standards.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering departments for room readiness and maintenance issues.
- Maintain inventory of linen, guest supplies, and housekeeping chemicals.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints promptly.
- Prepare daily reports, attendance, and shift schedules.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a Team Leader or Supervisor role.
- Hotel Management degree/diploma or relevant qualification preferred.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and hotel SOPs.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
