We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage online marketing campaigns, generate leads, increase brand visibility, and support our growing business operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing and a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.
This role involves managing digital campaigns for our financial services business, product-based ventures, and future e-commerce initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Generate quality leads and improve customer acquisition through paid and organic marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements to maximize ROI.
Social Media Management
- Create and manage social media content calendars.
- Publish engaging content across various platforms.
- Grow brand awareness, audience engagement, and online presence.
Performance Marketing
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
- Track conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting optimization.
Content & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Assist in developing marketing creatives, landing pages, promotional campaigns, and advertisements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Website & SEO
- Support website updates and content optimization.
- Implement basic SEO practices to improve search rankings and website traffic.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools.
E-Commerce Support
- Maintain basic product listings and content on e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with online store promotions, product launches, and digital sales campaigns.
- Monitor customer inquiries and support online sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to improve customer experience.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and advertising dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Social Media Management.
- Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
