Job Summary
Luxzara is hiring a skilled Hair Extension Technician to join our expert team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in applying, maintaining, and removing different types of hair extensions while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply and remove hair extensions using techniques such as tape-in, keratin bond, micro ring, clip-in, and sew-in.
- Conduct client consultations to recommend the most suitable extension type and color match.
- Perform maintenance services, refitting, and aftercare support.
- Educate clients on proper home care and maintenance.
- Maintain hygiene and quality standards for all tools and materials.
- Stay updated with the latest extension methods and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Extension Technician.
- Strong knowledge of multiple hair extension application techniques.
- Excellent color matching and blending skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in hair extension techniques.
- Experience working in a premium salon environment.
- International salon experience is an added advantage.
