SUMMARY
The Demand Generation Manager – Marketplaces will be responsible for creating strong business demand, generating qualified channel partner leads, and supporting the growth of Regal Kitchen Foods’ brands across domestic and international markets through digital marketing, targeted outreach, and data-driven demand generation.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Strong experience in LinkedIn Marketing, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and performance marketing.
Good understanding of B2B lead generation, channel partner acquisition, and buyer targeting.
Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and campaign analytics tools.

ROLE OBJECTIVE
Regal Kitchen Foods Limited is looking for a result-oriented Demand Generation Manager – Marketplaces to drive qualified lead generation and business demand for the company’s food brands across domestic and international markets.
The role will focus on identifying, attracting, and engaging distributors, wholesalers, importers, resellers, retailers, and channel partners through digital campaigns, B2B outreach, market research, and content-led marketing initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition: - Develop and execute demand generation strategies for domestic and international markets. - Generate qualified leads for distributors, wholesalers, importers, retailers, resellers, and channel partners. - Build and maintain a strong business pipeline for marketplace and channel expansion. - Identify high-potential markets, customer segments, and partner categories for business growth.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management: - Plan and manage campaigns across LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, search marketing, B2B platforms, and industry directories. - Improve lead quality, campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI. - Manage lead nurturing activities and marketing automation workflows. - Track campaign performance and recommend improvement actions.
Content & Brand Communication: - Develop business-focused content for distributors, wholesalers, importers, and channel partners. - Create marketing assets such as email campaigns, presentations, landing pages, brochures, case studies, and digital advertisements. - Ensure consistent brand positioning and value communication across all marketing channels. - Work with internal teams to create content that supports lead generation and business conversion.
Market Research & Business Insights: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer requirements, and competitor trends. - Develop buyer personas and customer journeys to improve targeting and engagement. - Share market intelligence and insights with sales and business teams.
Partner Development & Sales Support: - Work closely with sales and business development teams to convert qualified leads into active partners. - Support onboarding of new distributors, resellers, importers, and channel partners. - Maintain strong coordination with internal stakeholders for timely follow-up and conversion.
Analytics & Reporting: - Track lead generation performance, campaign results, pipeline contribution, and partner conversion rates. - Prepare regular reports and share actionable insights with management. - Monitor key metrics such as lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rate, and revenue contribution.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualification: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: - 7–10 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, B2B marketing, growth marketing, lead generation, or channel marketing. - Experience in FMCG, food processing, consumer products, or marketplace-led business will be preferred. - Proven experience in generating qualified leads and supporting distribution/channel expansion.

Pay: ₹297,227.75 - ₹1,076,439.95 per year
