The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate quality leads, increase website traffic, and achieve business growth. The role involves overseeing digital campaigns, managing online channels, analyzing campaign performance, and leading the digital marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other online platforms.
- Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to create engaging digital assets.
- Oversee website performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Analyze digital marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new digital growth opportunities.
- Manage online reputation and ensure consistent brand messaging across digital channels.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present key insights and recommendations to management.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team while ensuring timely project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, and Search Console.
- Understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
