Job Summary
The Front Desk Executive is responsible for creating a positive first impression by professionally welcoming visitors, managing front office operations, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities. The role also includes coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining office supplies, vendor coordination, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate outgoing courier dispatches and maintain courier records.
Administration
- Monitor and maintain office stationery, pantry supplies, and other administrative inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for minor office repairs and maintenance (electrical, plumbing, furniture, office equipment, etc.).
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure office cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and maintained for internal and external meetings.
- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Support general administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Travel Desk
- Book flight tickets, train tickets, hotel accommodations, and local transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and maintain travel records.
- Coordinate with travel agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective bookings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Administration, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Good time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
