The Assistant Manager – Pharmacy Operations will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations, effective manpower management, sales growth, and store profitability while maintaining high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilitiesl Manpower & Store Operations
Ensure timely opening and closing of pharmacy branches.
Allocate manpower effectively to maintain adequate staffing at all times.
Monitor attendance, shift planning, and workforce productivity.
Ensure smooth daily store operations without service disruption.
l Sales & Business Performance
Monitor daily sales performance and analyze time-to-time sales reports.
Drive store-level revenue growth and profitability.
Take corrective actions based on sales performance gaps.
Ensure stores operate within profit margins and cost control targets.
l Customer Service & Business Growth
Train and guide staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Improve customer retention and satisfaction levels.
Promote customer subscription programs and company products/services.
Support local marketing and promotional initiatives.
l Inventory & Product Availability
Ensure availability of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Oversee expiry management and stock rotation.
Minimize stock loss and shrinkage.
l Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Submit daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
Maintain operational discipline across branches.
Required Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s Degree
5–8 years of experience in Pharmacy/Retail Operations
Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory/assistant managerial role preferred
Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales monitoring
Train and guide staff to deliver excellent customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
