Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling:
- Contact prospective and existing clients from provided leads/database to introduce spa services, packages, and membership plans.
- Receive incoming calls, answer inquiries promptly, and guide callers toward suitable wellness treatments.
- Appointment Booking & Scheduling:
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule spa appointments using our booking software/calendar.
- Follow up with clients regarding upcoming appointments, feedback, or special seasonal offers.
- Promoting Services & Packages:
- Upsell and cross-sell specialized treatments, gift vouchers, and membership packages.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and custom wellness packages.
- Client Relationship & Database Management:
- Maintain accurate records of client calls, appointments, preferences, and feedback in the database/CRM.
- Handle basic customer concerns or complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the Spa Manager when necessary.Key Responsibilities

Pay: ₹8,642.27 - ₹31,256.23 per month
