The Team You’ll Join
The Talent Acquisition team plays a key role in helping Envestnet attract, assess, and hire the talent that drives business growth. Partnering closely with hiring managers, People & Culture, Finance, and business leaders, the team combines recruiting expertise, market intelligence, and data-driven decision making to deliver strong hiring outcomes and exceptional candidate experiences. From workforce planning and sourcing strategy to talent assessment and offer negotiation, the team helps ensure the right talent is in place to support business priorities. Beyond the day-to-day recruiting efforts team members work together to solve talent challenges, improve hiring practices, and scale programs that strengthen how Envestnet attracts and hires talent.
How You’ll Contribute
In this role, you will serve as a strategic talent partner supporting multiple business functions where you will translate business priorities and hiring demand into effective recruiting strategies that help Envestnet attract and hire top talent. You will represent the Envestnet brand throughout the candidate journey, delivering an exceptional candidate experience for all candidates. Other responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, employee referrals, networking, and direct applicant engagement to ensure timely fulfilment of hiring demands.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, evaluate candidate fit, and successfully manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple levels and functions.
- Establish trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to drive hiring alignment, influence talent decisions, and achieve organisational recruiting goals.
- Lead regular talent review and recruitment planning discussions with business partners, providing market intelligence, hiring trends, and best-practice recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
- Manage offer development and negotiations by collaborating with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring competitive offers and a seamless candidate experience through to on-boarding.
- Track, analyse, and report recruitment metrics while actively contributing to employer branding, process improvement initiatives, and ensuring full compliance with company policies, legal requirements, risk controls, and governance standards.
What You’ll Need to Bring
- 8+ or more years of professional recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for multiple business functions including Product and Technology.
- Experience partnering and building relationships with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout the recruiting process.
- Experience utilising recruiting metrics, reporting, and data to support recruiting activities and hiring decisions.
- Experience developing talent intelligence resources, including competitor analyses, talent market mapping, workforce trends, and pipeline analytics.
