Key Responsibilities
● Assist customers in selecting the appropriate materials for their projects, considering their needs, preferences, and budget.
● Provide accurate and detailed information about different products, including features, benefits, alternative options and potential applications.
● Demonstrate a deep understanding of interior design and architecture products
● Build and maintain rapport with customers, establishing long-term relationships
● Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally
● Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets Requirements
● MBA/BBA students or recent graduates
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
● Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously

CTC : 4.2 LPA Fixed + 1.8 LPA Incentives

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
