ZOCOLA is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain company records. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, typing speed, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain company data in computer systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into databases.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain digital records and files.
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Scan, print, and manage business documents.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data security.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data.
- Handle emails and basic office correspondence.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good typing speed (30–40 WPM or higher preferred).
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and internet usage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent.
- Basic Computer Certification is preferred.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry or computer operations is preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-Time
- Monday to Saturday (or as per company policy)
