Job Title: Student Counsellor
Job Summary:
The Student Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, understanding their academic and career goals, and recommending suitable courses or programs. The role focuses on achieving enrollment targets while providing accurate information and a positive counseling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students on courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Handle inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with students and parents.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, sales, and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve admission targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tiruvalla, Kerala (Tiruvalla, Pathanamthitta District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
