Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and coordinate civil construction and maintenance activities for our small-scale industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, resource planning, and quality control, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily civil site activities including masonry, concrete work, plumbing, and minor structural tasks.
- Ensure execution of work as per design specifications, safety standards, and quality norms.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow.
- Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and equipment deployment.
- Report progress to senior management and maintain site records (daily logs, inspection reports).
- Ensure site cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to company protocols.
- Identify and resolve onsite issues or escalate as necessary.
- Assist in estimating material requirements and resource planning.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget and time constraints
