Are you a creative storyteller who knows how to make audio visually captivating? Shree Studio is a growing podcast studio looking for a talented, versatile Video Editor to bring our shows to life. Because we are a relatively new studio, this role offers a unique opportunity to build with us from the ground up. Initially, the workload will be highly manageable, but as our client roster and show lineup expand, your responsibilities and hours will gradually increase. Key Responsibilities
Full-Length Editing: Edit multi-camera podcast episodes, ensuring seamless audio/video syncing, color grading, and clean transitions.
Short-Form Content Creation: Cut down long-form episodes into highly engaging, fast-paced vertical videos (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) with dynamic captions and hooks.
Audio Enhancement: Polish raw audio by removing background noise, filler words, and awkward pauses while maintaining a natural conversational flow.
Creative Assets: Integrate intro/outro graphics, lower thirds, B-roll, sound effects, and background music to elevate production value.
Requirements & Qualifications Showreel/Portfolio: Must have a collection of sample edits (even personal projects, concept edits, or school work) that demonstrate your skills.
Software Proficiency: Good working knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Hardware: Must own a reliable, high-performance laptop capable of smoothly handling multi-cam video editing and rendering.
Growth Mindset: Excited about learning on the job and comfortable with a gradually increasing workload as the studio signs new shows.
Eye for Trends: Familiarity with current social media video trends, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
