Role Overview
Work as part of the Professional Services delivery team to design, configure, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions on the Agiloft platform
General Responsibilities
. Support enterprise implementations as an Agiloft Implementer, working under Solution Architects.
. Conduct structured design workshops to capture, analyze, and document business requirements.
. Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and configure low-to-medium complexity solutions.
. Engage with stakeholders, manage initial escalations, and drive solutions with a customer-first approach.
. Deliver high-quality documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user training.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Scrum Masters, Product Owners) to deliver business-critical outcomes.
. Operate effectively in a global, distributed team environment, both independently and collaboratively.
. Perform peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure solution quality.
. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability building.
. Support deployments in a microservices-based architecture with a focus on automation and reliability.
. Drive adoption of CI/CD practices, improving release efficiency and transparency.
. Continuously enhance release processes and contribute to engineering best practices.
. Provide production support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
. Contribute to solution design and architecture for enhancements and new features.

Agiloft (CLM) Responsibilities
. Design, configure, and maintain contract templates within the Agiloft CLM platform.
. Gather, prioritize, and align business requirements with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
. Configure workflows, business rules, and UI components to optimize usability and efficiency.
. Integrate Agiloft with enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, e-signature platforms).
. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across systems.
. Develop and manage APIs or leverage platform connectors to extend functionality.
. Drive automation across the contract lifecycle to improve compliance, cycle time, and operational efficiency.
. Establish and promote best practices for low-code platform scalability, performance, and security.
. Collaborate with global teams to deliver standardized and reusable solutions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, preferably Agiloft (configuration-driven development).
. Strong understanding of web application architecture, design, and development principles.
. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
. Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
. Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
. Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
. Experience in LegalTech / CLM ecosystems.
. Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Procurement, CPQ, or Sourcing systems.
. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau).
. Experience with APIs, integrations, scripting, or low-code extensibility.
Candidate Profile
. 4+ years of experience in CLM or low-code enterprise platforms (configuration-focused).
. 3–5 years in web application architecture, design, or development.
. 3–5 years in Agile delivery environments.
. Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases.
