- Welcome guests warmly and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle cash, card transactions, and prepare daily cashier reports.
- Answer telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Promote hotel facilities and services to guests.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean and well organized.
- Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and hand over duties to the next shift.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
