Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound *Technical Marketing Engineer* to promote our engineering solutions, consultancy services, and industrial products to steel plants across India. The role involves visiting customers, understanding their technical requirements, generating business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Visit steel plants, rolling mills, and project sites to introduce our products and engineering services.
Promote our consultancy, technical advisory, project execution, and plant modernisation solutions.
Present products including **TC Rings, HSS Rolls, Composite Rolls, Cardan Shafts, Robotic Automation Systems, Bundle Tying Machines**, and other steel plant equipment.
Meet Plant Heads, Maintenance, Production, Purchase, and Project teams to understand their requirements.
Generate enquiries, prepare technical proposals with the support of our engineering team, and follow up until order closure.
Develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, technical meetings, and customer visits.
Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical, Production, or related Engineering.
Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the steel, rolling mill, or industrial equipment sector will be preferred.
Required Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of steel plant operations.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Good English, computer, and email communication skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for technical sales and business development.
