IPH Technologies is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring through various job portals and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer roll-out and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/MBA in HR or related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in IT hiring is preferred.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
