Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive – Spares to manage customer enquiries, spare part quotations, order coordination, and customer communication. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the spare parts business and ensuring timely customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries related to spare parts and services.
Prepare and submit spare part quotations as per customer requirements.
Coordinate with customers for quotation follow-up and order conversion.
Process customer orders and maintain related documentation.
Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and Service teams for order execution.
Track order status and provide updates to customers.
Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer communications.
Support dispatch coordination and timely delivery of spare parts.
Ensure prompt response to customer requirements and queries.
