Job Description :
The Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression for customers visiting the dealership. The role involves managing front-desk operations, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with sales and service teams, maintaining visitor records, and ensuring a professional customer experience at all times.
Key Responsibility :
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain visitor registers and customer records accurately.
- Coordinate customer appointments for sales, service, and management meetings.
- Ensure all walk-in customers are attended to by the concerned Sales Consultant or Service Advisor.
- Maintain showroom reception area cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic information regarding products and services.
- Assist in customer feedback collection and CRM activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Insurance, Finance, and CRM teams for customer support.
- Prepare daily footfall and visitor reports.
- Manage inward and outward couriers, documents, and correspondence.
- Support administrative and front-office activities as assigned by management.
Experience :
- 1 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service in Automobile Industry (preferred).
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer-oriented approach and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.85 - ₹15,000.25 per month
