About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant subject.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Primary Grades.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Proficiency in English.
- Passion for working with young learners.
