About the Role
Arteva Consulting is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary packages and prepare offer letters.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Candidate Relationship Management
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status.
- Conduct reference and background verification checks when required.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is properly maintained.
Employer Branding
- Promote Arteva Consulting's employer brand through social media and job platforms.
- Assist in organizing recruitment drives, job fairs, campus hiring, and networking events.
- Create engaging job postings and hiring campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and recruitment internship experience may also apply.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques and hiring processes.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
