Job Summary
We are looking for a Training & Process Executive who will be responsible for conducting product and process training for Sales & Marketing and Customer Care teams. The role involves training new joiners as well as upskilling existing employees to ensure consistent performance and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development:
- Conduct product and process training sessions for new joiners.
- Provide ongoing training and refresher sessions for existing employees.
- Train Sales & Marketing and Customer Care teams on communication, product knowledge, and processes.
- Design and update training materials, SOPs, and modules.
Process Management:
- Ensure all teams follow defined processes and guidelines.
- Identify gaps in understanding and improve training effectiveness.
- Work closely with team leaders to align training with business needs.
Performance Improvement:
- Monitor employee performance post-training and provide feedback.
- Conduct assessments, mock calls, and practical sessions.
- Support teams in improving customer handling and sales communication.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with HR and department heads for training schedules.
- Share regular updates on training effectiveness and improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring teams.
- Good understanding of sales and customer service processes.
- Ability to simplify complex processes into easy training modules.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in training, process, quality, or similar roles.
- Experience in sales or customer care training will be preferred.

- Confident trainer with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle groups and engage participants effectively.
- Process-oriented and detail-focused.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
