Kidvento is looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our People & Culture team.
This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions and give the candidate an opportunity to understand how HR operates in a growing organization.
The internship will be for 3 months, with the possibility of a full-time opportunity based on performance.

Support Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities

Source and screen candidates through various channels

Coordinate interviews and candidate communication

Support employee onboarding and documentation
-
Assist with employee engagement initiatives

Support HR Operations and HRMS activities
-
Assist in Performance Management processes
-
Maintain HR trackers, reports, and employee records
-
Support employee communication and HR documentation
-
Participate in People & Culture projects and initiatives

Provide day-to-day support to the People & Culture team

MBA/PGDM graduate with specialization in Human Resources

Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable interacting with employees and candidates

Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills

Proactive and willing to take ownership

Strong learning agility and willingness to learn

Basic understanding of HR processes

Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
