Mahi Visa Services is looking for a Migration Sales Coordinator who will exclusively handle Australian Permanent Residency (PR) enquiries, including Skilled Migration visa pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries related to Australian PR visas, including Subclass 189, 190, and 491.
- Conduct initial eligibility discussions with prospective clients.
- Explain the Australian PR process, points system, skills assessment, EOI, and state nomination process.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into registered clients.
- Schedule consultations with Registered Migration Agents (RMAs) when required.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through professional and timely communication.
- Coordinate with the migration processing team to ensure a smooth client journey.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English, Hindi & Gujarati.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Australian immigration & migration sales.
- Good understanding of Australian Skilled Migration pathways (Subclass 189, 190 & 491) and the PR process.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
