We are looking for an energetic and reliable Barista with 1–2 years of café experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare quality coffee beverages, maintain cleanliness, and provide friendly customer service while working efficiently during busy hours.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based beverages, cold coffees, iced drinks, and other café beverages.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Follow recipes and portion standards consistently.
- Handle basic latte art and milk texturing.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and dining area.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Interact professionally with customers and take orders when required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Barista in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant.
- Basic knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and coffee preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, honest, and willing to learn.
- Basic English and Hindi communication preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with specialty coffee is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic latte art skills.
- Experience handling POS systems and cash transactions.
