What You'll Do
Curriculum Coordination
Partner with faculty to build and refine curriculum materials, keep everything aligned with academic standards, and help roll out updates smoothly.
Program Coordination
Own the planning, scheduling, and day-to-day execution of academic programs, working closely with department heads to keep everything on track.
Student Support & Advising
Be a go-to resource for students, helping them plan academically, set goals, and navigate challenges along the way.
Faculty Support
Help faculty sharpen their instruction and assessment methods, and keep communication flowing across the team.
Assessment & Evaluation
Design ways to measure how well programs are working, dig into student outcome data, and turn those insights into real improvements.
Administrative Support
Keep accurate records, prepare reports for stakeholders, and lend a hand with budget and resource planning when needed.
