Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom in a polite and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable toys based on age, interest, budget, and preferences.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and usage to customers.
- Demonstrate toys and products whenever required.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays and ensure proper merchandising.
- Keep shelves stocked and ensure products are properly labelled with prices.
- Assist customers with product selection and resolve basic queries or complaints.
- Coordinate with the billing team for smooth and accurate billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the showroom.
- Monitor product availability and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
- Support stock counting, inventory checking, and product replenishment.
- Handle products carefully and follow company policies regarding customer service and store operations.
- Promote ongoing offers, schemes, memberships, and new product launches.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for children and parents.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager/Supervisor.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
