Job Summary
Genius36 Technologies India LLP is looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client communication, and selling IT services such as website development, software development, SEO, digital marketing, cloud solutions, and AI services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct product and service presentations for potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and business development abilities.
- Knowledge of IT services, websites, software, SEO, digital marketing, cloud, or AI solutions.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Professional attitude with strong presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
