Job Description
We are looking for a Fresher Assembly Supervisor to join our EV manufacturing team in Patna. Candidates with a Technical Course, ITI, or Diploma who are eager to start their career in production and assembly are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily assembly work on the production line.
- Ensure assembly is completed as per quality and safety standards.
- Guide and support assembly technicians.
- Monitor production targets and report daily work status.
- Maintain discipline and proper workflow on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with the production team for smooth operations.
Eligibility:
- Freshers with ITI / Diploma / Technical Course.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing or assembly processes.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to work in a factory environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary: ₹15,000 (In-hand)
