Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee files and HRMIS records.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements.
- Support payroll inputs and employee grievance handling.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–8 years of HR experience.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
