Job Title: Python Developer – Algorithmic Trading

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Python Developer to join our growing technology team and develop algorithmic trading systems, automated trading platforms, and quantitative solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable trading applications, working with market data, integrating APIs, and supporting strategy automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain algorithmic trading applications using Python.
- Build and enhance automated trading systems, backtesting frameworks, and analytical tools.
- Work on real-time market data processing and trading strategy implementation.
- Integrate broker APIs, market data APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Write efficient, reliable, and scalable code for trading operations.
- Collaborate with traders and business teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing applications for better performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing trading systems.
Required Skills:
- 2–4 years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
- Experience working with APIs (REST/WebSocket).
- Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Algorithmic Trading / Quant Systems / FinTech / Stock Market applications.
- Understanding of equity, derivatives, options, or financial markets.
- Experience with broker APIs (Zerodha Kite API, Interactive Brokers API, etc.).
- Exposure to backtesting frameworks and trading automation
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
