Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can own paid media end-to-end — from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting — across multiple brands in our portfolio. You will manage significant ad budgets, work closely with the creative and content teams, and be directly accountable for ROAS, CPL, and CAC targets.
Key Responsibilities
▸ Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads across multiple D2C and healthcare brands
▸ Own monthly ad budgets and ensure efficient spend with clear ROAS and CPL benchmarks
▸ Set up and manage campaign structures — awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives
▸ Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
▸ Brief the creative team on ad formats, hooks, and messaging requirements based on data insights
▸ Set up and audit conversion tracking — Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4 events
▸ Build weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
▸ Monitor competitor ad strategies and identify growth opportunities
▸ Manage retargeting and lookalike audience strategies for each brand
▸ Collaborate with the SEO and social media teams for integrated campaign planning
Must-Have Skills
▸ Hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta Business Manager (must)
▸ Hands-on experience with Google Ads — Search, Display, Performance Max (must)
▸ YouTube Ads campaign management — TrueView, Bumper, Discovery (must)
▸ Proficiency in GA4, Meta Pixel, and GTM for conversion tracking
▸ Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with Excel/Sheets and ad dashboards
▸ Understanding of D2C funnels, LTV, CAC, and ROAS optimization
▸ Ability to brief creative teams and review ad copy / video scripts
Good to Have
▸ Experience with WhatsApp Ads or Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns
▸ Knowledge of marketing automation tools (ManyChat, Zapier, etc.)
▸ Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce conversion tracking
▸ Prior experience in D2C health, wellness, or nutraceutical brands
▸ Working knowledge of SEO for cross-channel strategy alignment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
