Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (Mathematics)
Location: Kochi
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (Mathematics) to develop high quality Mathematics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and academic content for students. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in teaching Mathematics and be passionate about creating structured, engaging, and curriculum-aligned learning materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop Mathematics SOPs, lesson plans, and instructional content.
- Design structured learning materials aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Review, edit, and improve existing academic content for accuracy and clarity.
- Develop practice questions, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
- Ensure all content is conceptually accurate, student-friendly, and academically sound.
- Collaborate with academic and curriculum teams to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and curriculum changes.
- Maintain quality standards and consistency across all educational material.
Required Skills:
- Strong command of Mathematics concepts.
- Excellent academic writing and content development skills.
- Experience in preparing educational materials, lesson plans, or SOPs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and educational content creation tools is an advantage.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 8–10 years as a Mathematics Faculty/Teacher or in a similar academic role.
- Age: No age limit.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience teaching Mathematics at the school, college, or coaching institute level.
- Experience in curriculum development or academic content creation is highly preferred.
- Passion for education and creating impactful learning resources.
- Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for learners.
Salary: 60k - 70k
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala
