Under the guidance of the Architect, ensure the integration strategy meets business goals.

Summary:
As a Business and Integration Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the documentation of integration strategy endpoints and mapping data flows to ensure seamless connectivity across systems. The role requires active participation throughout the project life-cycle, from understanding requirements to overseeing deployment and operational phases. Working closely with the Architect, the practitioner ensures that integration approaches align with overarching business objectives, facilitating smooth collaboration among various stakeholders and contributing to the overall success of integration initiatives.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align integration strategies with business priorities.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and project contributions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in analyzing and documenting complex data flows and system endpoints.
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project life-cycle management including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address multi-team integration challenges.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
