Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance team productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development practices.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and client-side scripting.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with integrating front-end components with backend services and APIs.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
