Position: Account Executive (Finance)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting and financial activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting entries, GST-related work, bank reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Preferance - Immediate Joiners only
Prefered Skill set - Zoho Book and Tally ERP experience

Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records
- Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments
- Track expenses and maintain proper documentation
- Prepare financial reports and MIS as required
- Ensure timely processing of payments and receipts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts & finance
- Preference - ZOHO ERP
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
