Key Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and manage product listings across marketplaces like Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart.
- Ensure accurate product information including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, keywords, and attributes.
- Maintain and update product catalogues regularly to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, design, supply chain, and brand teams for product-related information and creatives.
- Monitor product ratings and reviews; coordinate with customer support and marketing teams for timely resolution and reputation management.
- Optimize product listings to improve discoverability, search rankings, and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular audits of listings to identify and resolve errors, duplicate listings, or suppressed products.
- Track catalogue performance metrics and generate periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and category standards.
- Support new product launches and seasonal catalogue updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in catalogue management, e-commerce operations, or marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
