Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard identified riders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with riders to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Assist riders and the internal team in the onboarding process, including document verification and contract signing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Achieve and exceed monthly recruitment and onboarding targets.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel locally for field work.
- Prior experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably in logistics, delivery, or vehicle rental services will be preferred but we can also consider field work experienced candidates.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle objections professionally.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
