- Manage the GCC squad.
- Solve technical problem, propose the best solution (OOTB vs custom).
- Coach the team on best practices.
- Ability to challenge the team on how they work.
- Able to work on stories when required.
- Improve CI/CD developement.
Developing automated testing for the story/feature.
