Key Responsibilities:
BTL Campaign Execution
- Execute showroom-level marketing initiatives and BTL activities.
- Coordinate with stores for campaign rollouts, branding installations, and activations.
- Ensure timely implementation of marketing campaigns across locations.
Store Branding & Visual Merchandising
- Support installation of hoardings, in-store branding, VM materials, and campaign collaterals.
- Ensure brand guideline compliance across all stores.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with printers, fabricators, event vendors, and agencies.
- Monitor production timelines and quality of marketing materials.
Event & Activation Support
- Assist in executing store launches, promotions, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Coordinate logistics, setup, and post-event reporting.
- All stakeholders follow up, including internal teams like the finance and purchase teams
Campaign Monitoring & Reporting
- Track execution status across locations.
- Maintain execution reports with photo documentation.
- Track expenses and vendor invoices related to BTL activities.
Travel & Field Coordination
- Travel frequently to store locations across Tamil Nadu and other regions.
- Provide on-ground supervision during marketing executions.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing execution / retail marketing / BTL activities
Preferred Industry:
Retail / Jewellery / FMCG
Skills Required:
- Vendor management
- Event and campaign execution
- Strong coordination skills
- Basic understanding of branding and visual merchandising
- Excel and reporting skills
Languages:
Tamil and English (Malayalam or Hindi or Telugu is a plus)
