WEFIT Interiors is a premium interior fit-out and renovation company specializing in luxury villas, apartments, offices, retail spaces, and commercial interiors. We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive who can convert company-generated leads into satisfied clients through excellent communication, relationship building, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with all company-provided leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Understand client requirements, budget, timeline, and project expectations.
- Schedule office meetings, virtual meetings, and site visits with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Present company services, design concepts, and project proposals to clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects by maintaining consistent follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Ensure prompt responses to client inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Project Management and Design teams for a smooth handover after project confirmation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve individual monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Architecture, Building Materials, Furniture, or Real Estate is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to understand drawings, quotations, and project requirements (preferred).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
