Job Summary:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our Battery Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing documents, and supporting departmental operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize physical and digital documents related to the Battery Department.
- Ensure proper filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents.
- Update records and maintain document control systems.
- Assist in preparing reports, data entry, and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for document collection and verification.
- Ensure documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Follow company policies and procedures for document management and confidentiality.
- Support departmental administrative activities as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/EEE) is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
